Real Case Study | Repuestos Total
From Boutique Without Traffic to Reels with +1M Views: Commercial Activation at Repuestos Total.
How a content strategy based on trends, own resources, and UTM traceability generated massive visibility, leads, store traffic, and sales for motorcycle accessories.

Time to reach results per video
This case took place at Repuestos Total, during Guillermo's role as Regional Marketing Manager.
The company was launching a new boutique focused on motorcycle accessories: LS2 helmets, jackets, and gloves. The objective was to generate traffic to the boutique, capture leads, sell new products, and position the store as a premier option for motorcyclists looking for higher-value accessories.
The boutique was brand new and needed demand, not just reach.
Before the intervention, the videos had low reach and few views. The store needed visibility, but the real challenge was converting social content into commercial movement: inquiries, messages, visits, quotes, leads, and sales.
The content had to connect Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok with WhatsApp, Messenger, DMs, the physical store, and sales follow-up. If it only resulted in views, it did not solve the boutique's business problem.
Period in which four high-reach reels were achieved
Views per video on TikTok and Instagram
Significant additional production investment
Traceability of messages coming from the videos
Tracking of leads, messages, and opportunities
Reduction of cost per lead by leveraging organic reach
Virality only has business value when it is converted into traceable commercial demand.
The problem was not a lack of budget.
The opportunity lay in understanding how the motorcycle community consumed content and how certain trends could be adapted to real products without feeling forced.
The community already had its codes, formats, and trends that could generate attention. The challenge was translating these into helmets, jackets, and gloves in a natural, entertaining, and commercially useful way.
Using internal resources to create content with organic potential and commercial connection.
The strategy was to replicate trending formats and adapt them to the motorcycle world and the boutique's products: LS2 helmets, jackets, and gloves.
We used internal audiovisual equipment, store staff as talent, and existing social channels. Each piece was connected to the funnel via WhatsApp, Messenger, DMs, CRM, a tracking dashboard, and UTMs.
Before
- New accessories boutique with little traffic.
- Videos with low reach.
- Need to promote LS2 helmets, jackets, and gloves.
- Low leveraging of community trends.
- Need to generate leads and store visits.
After
- 4 reels with over 1M views in 3 weeks.
- Videos consistently exceeding 500K views on TikTok and Instagram.
- Inquiries via WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Store visits asking for products seen in reels.
- Leads, quotes, sales, and CPL reduction.
- Content connected to CRM, dashboard, and UTMs.
The team turned trends into commercial pieces without forcing the sale.
Guillermo designed the content strategy, identified applicable trends, adapted formats to motorcyclist products, and coordinated the internal team to produce using own resources.
The production used store staff as talent, existing audiovisual equipment, and publication on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Results were monitored via a dashboard, tracking views, followers, leads, messages, and store traffic.
Messages came from UTMs embedded in the videos, allowing content to be connected with commercial demand and followed up in the CRM.
Opening of the accessories boutique
Diagnosis of low traffic and low reach
Identification of applicable trends
Adaptation to helmets, jackets, and gloves
Production with own equipment and staff
Publication on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Traceability via UTMs and CRM
Leads, traffic, quotes, and sales
Result
4 reels with over 1M views each in three weeks, connected to traffic and commercial demand.
One reel reached 1.5M views, another reached 1.2M views, and two additional reels exceeded 1M views each. Each video achieved these results in less than five days.
On TikTok and Instagram, the videos also consistently exceeded 500,000 views. But the most important result was not just the reach: it generated inquiries via WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and TikTok DMs, visits to the main store and boutique, leads, quotes, sales, conversions, and a lower CPL.
Connecting creativity, content, and commercial operation.
Guillermo led the content strategy, trend adaptation, team coordination, production using own resources, channel selection, commercial funnel connection, and tracking of results through CRM, UTMs, and the dashboard.
His role was to convert the traffic needs of a new boutique into a content strategy capable of generating massive attention and traceable commercial demand.
Leadership Insight
More budget is not always what is needed to generate traction.
Sometimes you just need to understand the community better, use your own resources, and connect content with a measurable commercial funnel. The content worked because it did not try to force a sale: it translated real motorcycle community trends into pieces that generated attention, conversation, and demand.
